The 5K run is back again! We welcome visitors of all levels of fitness and ability before kickstarting. We warmly welcome visitors of all fitness levels and abilities to the exhibition.

Join us for a friendly non-timed 5K lap course around one of the lungs of Bangkok, the Benchakitti Park just next to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).

We encourage our visitors to seize this opportunity to challenge themselves and connect with like-minded peers whilst doing something they enjoy

The track will be clearly marked and our team will be there to support you and to cheer you all the way to the finish line.

Water and other refreshments will be provided to keep you hydrated throughout.

All participants will receive a medal to proudly wear after the run and take home as a memento.

You can participate in the 5K Run free of charge, but registration is necessary to ensure that we are giving you the best experience on the day.
