Vitafoods Asia 2020 Postponement – Visitor Q&A

Vitafoods Asia is now scheduled to take place 24-25 November 2020. The venue is unchanged; the show will still be located at Marina Bay Sands Expo, Singapore.

Our content team is working with proposed speakers and considering conducting an online conference programme. We will share any updates with you as soon as we are able to do so.

We are and will continue to closely monitor developments of COVID-19, as your health, safety and wellbeing are our utmost priority, and we will work with the Singaporean government, the Venue and local authorities to assess the situation nearer the time.

Any queries relating to hotel or travel bookings should be addressed directly with your individual agent. Queries about hotels booked through the event website or directly with our accommodation partner should be directed to Bnetwork directly by contacting them on vitafoods@bnetwork.com

Vitafoods Asia will not reimburse ancillary expenses. We are working with vendors to minimise the impact on our exhibitors, but any refund requests should be addressed directly with the provider.

We strongly recommend all attendees maintain good hand, respiratory and personal hygiene. We are working collaboratively with our stakeholders to ensure the biosafety measures we put into place are practical, effective and considered best practice for the industry.

Our parent company, Informa, has developed AllSecure, a set of enhanced standards and guidelines that provide the highest level of hygiene and safety at all Informa’s events. Vitafoods Asia will be organised in accordance with the AllSecure standard, providing visitors with reassurance they are participating in a safe and controlled environment.
