The Vitafoods Asia Digital Week platform is now open for you to start exploring your recommendations, sending meeting requests and planning your schedule ready for the 2 February. Don't leave it until the last minute.
Visitor can only connect with exhibitors, whereas exhibitors can connect with both attendees and other exhibitors.

The platform will open all day to browse, send meeting invites, consume content. Please note, meetings can only take place 07:00-19:00 SGT. Learn how to make the most of your Vitafoods Asia Digital Week experience.
You can manage your full show diary in the ‘My Schedule’ section. Block out times when you are unavailable. The recipients of your meeting requests choose the time and date of your meetings, so it’s important that this is up to date. Learn how to organise your schedule.
You can join meetings directly from the invite. The meeting rooms are private and provide you full control of what other people see or hear, you can mute yourself and hide the camera when required, as well as share your screen. The 'Meeting Chat' functionality on the side allows you to speak and exchange business cards or other files to continue the conversation. Lastly, you can keep track of who has joined the meeting and invite other colleagues if needed.
You can keep track of your incoming and outgoing meetings in your inbox. Respond to an invite by either accepting, declining, reassigning to a colleague. Meeting invitations display some information about the user, time, date and location of the meeting. There is also an option to connect before the meeting and even invite other colleagues to join.
